Poor management on all the departments, specially the creative team, they took the micromanagement to another level. HR is a mess if you have any right you won’t have it because they don’t have a say they just obey orders. If you didn’t speak up for your rights they’ll just eat you and your money up. No life outside the work because you won’t have time to have a life. Working on most of the weekends is the normal thing. There are no working hours you just keep working till the work is done. If you aren’t part of a certain gang then you’ll not get promoted or have any advantages. Working hard is not a must, you only have to show it off. Your efforts won’t be appreciated or seen if you’re not your manager’s favorite (and that’s based on his/her personal opinion not your work). Toxic place and you just develop yourself no one to learn from. Also to mention, as designers you don’t have a say on what you do it’s always the associate director’s opinion that occurrs. Not even your manager!
