Pros
1. Nice office in Rotterdam, close to the metro. 2. Most of the non-management people are amazing and super friendly,
Cons
1. Extremely unprofessional management. One of the department leaders has no clue how to communicate with the employees and acts as if departments are in rivalry with each other instead of working together for a similar goal. 2. Salary? What is it? If you would like to earn actual money, don't even think about coming here. You are going to be abused without much of a compensation. 3. Executive Manager is shouting at you? Well, that is a totally normal day here. And if you think you can go to the management to take it up as a problematic situation, they are gonna be on his side and try to prove that it was your wrongdoing. 4. No HR personnel. 5. Going to the doctor will cost you a vacation day. 6. No explanation of the various extremely specific administrative tasks expected of you even if you have no experience in the field what so ever (And they know it). And if you ask a question expect to feel like the dumbest person there is. 7. They lost 14 people in the last 2 years (the amount of workers in the whole company is 27).
