      Pros

      Solarwatt has a great vision in terms of its goals. The work is pleasant and as an employee you feel heard. The pay is commensurate with the locations, all employees are well equipped (laptop, headset, company car, etc.) and it is pleasant to work together with all colleagues.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, many mistakes regarding strategy and operations are made that can be traced back to mismanagement. So I hope that Solarwatt will recover from the bad years.
