Awesome Growth Experience

Pros

I appreciated the training and the support that we received from our Client companies AT&T and Frontier. I felt like I was part of something bigger than just myself. I was able to make more money than at my previous job and my paycheck was always between $600-1000/week before my monthly bonus.

Cons

Job can be challenging some days, but having a supportive team around really helps. I had to leave due to some family challenges but I was told there will be a position still open for me when I'm ready to come back

Pros

-get paid every week, no questions -extremely helpful with support, reward, motivation and training -owner and management team really care about their reps -flexible schedule means i could meet my goal quota in my first 3 days and take a 4 day vacation each week -never a lack of provided leads -working with a nationally recognized product and brand -they are comitted to growth, as it looks like they have doubled in size since i moved.

Cons

-not punching a time clock was a struggle for keeping me showing up on time the first week -the competitive nature of the office took a while to adjust to- bonuses for team/indiv. competitions. (im not naturally competitive) -had to use my own car to get around. -i also had to walk a lot, but after the first month, i did start loosing weight ;) -if i had a bad sales week, there wasn't as good of a paycheck (but i didn't have to wait 2 weeks to get a better one)

Door to door sales. Avoid at all costs

Pros

There's nothing positive at all.

Cons

Beware of the five star reviews here. A lot of them are written by the company to prevent their rating from going even lower. The job is a pyramid scheme door to door sales job where your managers make money off your sales without paying you any compensation, benefits, gas or anything at all. You only get a measly $100 per sale. Good luck getting any sales when 99% of the people you meet will slam their doors in your face.
