Pros

One of the best things about working at SOLS is the people. As this is my first job, I'm really grateful that the managers and my fellow coworkers are very supportive and I've learned so much from them. Also, I can see how people have successfully climbed the ladder from the very bottom to the very top within SOLS and I can see myself progressing in my career here as well.

Cons

The work can be pretty fast-paced (depending on the position), but for someone who is just starting out, you get to learn A LOT, which is honestly a great thing even though it might be exhausting at times.
