Pros
The recruitment team are a great to work with and the atmosphere in the office was always good. I did get the opportunity to progress within this business which was helpful for my career
Cons
The management was sometimes a little biased to "favourites" in the office and didn't really take well to difference in opinion. The ownership of the business was also biased to one element of the recruitment and didn't really take kindly to any type of criticism
