Before the pandemic, we had two amazing leaders in the service department, they understood how difficult the travel was as they were both former engineers, one came from our competition, and really turned the service from a Mickey mouse club nightmare, to an actual business that was well at making profits grow, without killing motivation, the other was an engineer that took over daily operations for one of the product lines, he hasbeen the only two to go above and beyond to actually answer customers, ship parts on time schedule as well as he could to avoid ridiculous flight's. Now it's like kangaroo court,I have not had a local job In 15 months. And it's always great to have a boss that yells at you like Hans from die hard, for missing flights due to flight cancellations
