      Great first job that provides a ton of knowledge through experience. Good group of people in the engineering team and a lot of ownership and autonomy for work done.

      Sometimes too fast and disorganized. Can feel like more domain knowledge training is required.

      Too much pressure to learn new thing and most of them are self-taught. Not enough mentoring to learn and waste a lot of time researching to learn new things.
