Unethical practices by CEO Don't believe the quarterly profit sharing clause [I've been working for 2 quarters and received nothing) You will work with failing projects and get blamed for it when clients don't buy it Get fired for no reason and management talks behind your back alot

Pros

SPK is a small business so there is a lot of flexibility and growth within your role. I have been able to learn a lot of new skills without being capped by my job title. Everyone works together well to create great results.

Cons

Sometimes in order to meet a deadline we need to work overtime or on the weekends but that time is usually provided back as comp time.
