Pros
This a great work environment. It is an ESOP company so you start getting stock shares after two years. The benefits package is pretty good, both medical and dental.
Cons
The pay isn’t great, starts at thirteen dollars per hour for entry work. Reviews and pay increases only on an annual basis. Also, lots of overtime can be required.

Too many hours to have a life outside of SRC and they want it that way. Employee owned yea right they don't give a crap what you think or any ideas you might have
