      Pros

      You will learn a lot on professional front but the managers will be found with female employees of the company. There is partiality and you have to be grinding your bums to manager to get work.

      Cons

      All the managers of this company are fake to have in an IT environment. Salary is like you are crying to be begged. Forget variables and appraisal amounts .

      Cons

      5k Salary offers to freshers. The company will not pay 5k on time. Even if they pay then it will be in installments. The gap between the installments is so long that you will forget which months salary you are getting. Don't sign a bond of 2 years. If you ask for the salary then they will call you in the evening to fire you. Work pressure is so high. Useless HR policies. No work life balance.
