I had been associated with them for more than 8 years. Had a wonderful time. Very professional environment but a flat hierarchy. The company has grown with leaps and bounds and provides a great environment for all employees to harness their inner talents.
Cons
Some HR policies need to be streamlined. Break and shift timings need to be determined and procedures, though in place need to be better structured and followed.
