      Overtime structure, pay is generally decent.

      Poorly run, very unorganized. The owners from Germany or wherever clearly don't care about the US plant.

      Stock Products that sell easily

      Cash issues, THEY DONT PAY COMMISSIONS ON TIME IF AT ALL, Leadership only wants big accounts and when you get them they will force you out to avoid paying you contracted Bonuses and Commissions. They expect you to use your own Credit Cards for work travel and reimburse you whenever they around to it.
