      Pros

      A few years ago they introduced "DIY working hours" which was a good system that worked well for a lot of people.

      Cons

      Management focuses only on marketing, not actual product quality or employee talent. Pretty much all the creative minds have been driven out due to being ignored or stagnant salaries.
