      Questionable Ethics in QC Department

      Pros

      -Fair compensation -Free Eye Insurance

      Cons

      - Lack of accountability - Improper training - Discrimination - Extremely high turn over (Saw 4 people who were with the company for a while quit in a span of 3 months) - Disingenuous during interview process - It does not matter how you do the test as long as the results are going to help release product. I do not recommend working here if you are new to the industry there are terrible practices that you do not want to build your foundational skills from. HR did not offer to do an exit interview and handled my resignation unprofessionally. You could be reported to HR a dozen times and still keep your job. Overall, the QC department treats employees poorly with little to no support.

      Medical insurance is good, benefit is ok.

      Cons

      There is a toxic environment, unfair treatment in QC department. Five QC Sr. analysts/analyst left the company because of toxic environment within 6 months. Not recommend for anyone to join QC department

      Pros

      Lead/supervisor pretty much ran a clown show anything went which was a pros for slackers.

      Cons

      No regulation, favoritism, gossip by the lead/supervisor. Most stuff was ran non conforming within that department and kept it that way. Poor for especially been hit by FDA with a warning letter.
