Pros

You get paid on time, and salaries in the DC area are competitive. Most of the time, women work harder. Understanding, when you need to take off.

Cons

Benefits don't come until after 6 months. Favors certain people over hard workers. They reward mediocrity. They don't pay team members who work hard. Men are paid more than women.

Pros

Allows contractors to do what they want and get almost complete amount of billing to a client. Not much management involve in any part of operations

Cons

Management has retetired on the job No innovation or support for most employees or contractors A body shop or supplemental fte group ( temp agency) No career path planning, training, or advancement growth options. Executive management has no idea about industry needs and that of employees. Totally out of touch.

Pros

You can develop all your dreams of a career development, The management provides a lot of freedom on what you do, and provides a quick monthly motivational feedback.

Cons

Increase of annual compensation is fixed, so you don't have to deal yearly reviews and preparing documentation of your work performance; but the catch is that you can't appeal to your increase. You have to threaten that you are leaving or in some cases employees had to leave and come back to achieve a higher salary.
