- Fantastic products and industry leader - Fast moving environment - "All-hands on deck" culture - Opportunities for true ownership and growth in your department - Trend-setter in the skincare industry - Opportunities to travel and attend functions - Opportunities to test new products in the office and give feedback - Free products - Great employee discount
Cons
- Essentially a fear-based company culture - Expectations of big-results, but leadership was not willing to examine policies that bottle-necked growth - No flexibility with work time; aggressive, company-wide "reminders" were sent when people were 5 (yes, truly 5) minutes late - Expected loyalty and flexibility from employees : late nights, over time, answering emails/working on the weekends etc. - Working from home was never an option - Super high turnover rate
