      Not a bad place to work, just don't stay too long.

      Pros

      The money is great, the shifts are great, the job itself isn't bad. Yeah, customers hate you, but that's pretty standard with most customer service jobs.

      Cons

      The management needs work. Sometimes it feels like the job is more of a popularity contest than a job.People are promoted who don't deserve it, others are looked over who work hard. The management needs to improve so the

      Pros

      Great pension plan to set yourself up for retirement.

      Cons

      Poor management, low paying job compared to other state jobs, lack of proper training for supervisors. Many of the supervisors were short with employees and would make you feel like nothing more than an under appreciated work horse.

      Pros

      Job security after 1 year and you can transfer to another state job if DMV is not for you; which is what I did. 11 Holidays, 14 days sick leave and 14 days annual leave.

      Cons

      Pay is VERY low. Medical is expensive. Supervisors don't want to help. Most customers are ok, but some are crazy!
