One of the worst environment to work for! This company supposed to have a great potential but the Saudi management is not professional at all and politics have gone through the roof , 1 or 2 from the team are doing the real work and the rest are pretending. Unless you know how to be on the manager side forget about any promotions or fair salary increases. They keep interfere with every tiny decision Egypt team wants to take just for them to feel powerful and on top of things but with no valuable inputs. No real career growth opportunities for the Egyptian team all the recognition and promotions will go for the Riyadh team.
