Although young HR is nice and helpful in certain ways, but inexperienced is one of his cons. No doubt everyone is learning and developing during work, but few basic HR knowledge he doesn't know:
Staff overseas company trip should be fully arranged by the HR.
One of the dumbest thing he ever said to the staff: " If a staff is under notice period and he cannot finish his tasks during the notice time, should the company pay him?"
He also state that "Incomplete of work is due to negligence in the workplace, therefore company should not pay him"
