Pros
The company provides season pass parking which is really good and convenient, but most companies don't provide such benefit and frankly, there is quite a few benefits in the company which is amazing. The company culture focuses a lot on work performance rather than just being in office 9-5, the good thing is that they offer flexible working hours which I think is amazing. There isn't any toxic work culture at all, most are just created by dramatic people.
Cons
The company focuses alot on work performance, which leads to burnout if you do not know how to pace yourself or speak to your manager regarding your workload.
