      Pros

      Free Coke and as many nuts as you can eat. Some nice guys, and plenty of independence.

      Cons

      Some really dreadful senior people. They want cheap labour, spend no time on training or explaining and then SHOUT when you fail to read their minds. The owners are super-needy and super-greedy.
