Leadership in Poway and in AU, I believe started out with good intentions, but somehow as the business grew, their priorities shifted away from people and toward money. Paranoia and greed run rampant and there's not an employee who doesn't feel like the head of the Poway office and the Founders in AU have completely lost their marbles. Truly a toxic environment with lawsuits threatened or being defended against constantly. If you are contemplating working for this company, please understand this behavior is not normal!
