Pros
I was lucky to work at Osokorky branch of "Study Academy" language school in Kyiv, Ukraine. The head teacher was absolutely terrific, always supportive of teachers.
Cons
However, the pay was quite low, given the level required from teachers and, more importantly, the amount of money the company makes.
