      Bit out dated, but good atmosphere

      Colleagues are willing to help. Not too much work load. Not too much pressure for work phase. Ok benefits. Flexible(ish) work hours.

      Cons

      Bit outdated and stiff. Salary based on position, education and work years. Work performance, even major one, has zero effect.
