      Belonging to EDP group (multinational) and possibility to move to other companies whiting the group (sometimes even abroad) Work flexibility (hybrid system) Good salary for entry level positions

      Cons

      Processes within the company slow Belonging to the regulated market is bad for people in marketing Small budget compared to other companies within the EDP group Bad long term wages (not so good with career progression)
