Nothing good about this company other than its OK while you look for a good job.

VERY LOW PAY NO BENEFITS this company doesn't know the meaning of respect, the owner himself disrespect every employee and takes advantage, the manager is no different. They scream and curse at the office staff and crews all the time. They will take money out of your pay check without telling you anything and when you ask why, you get yelled at and told to deal with it or leave.
