People, regular employees are awesome, but underpaid, undervalued.
Cons
Undervalued, underpaid, work bullying from the owner directly, always mediocritizing your work and effort, shows at lunch time to avoid people eating. Always yelling. Wrong management desitions, don't like to do real infrastructure maintenance, neither real marketing and advertising investment to attract more customers.
