      Pros

      Weekly pay Hourly rate was good and was compensated for travel time and mileage.

      Cons

      Coercive and bullying by some staff members. Not being listened to by owner of the company More interested in making money than looking after the good staff they had Bad behaviour of some of the care staff who felt they could do as they pleased

      Pros

      I honestly cannot list any pros aside from the bosses not always being in the office so occasionally getting that reprieve from the pressure.

      Cons

      You will be over worked, under valued and underpaid. The owners will always expect you to run yourself into the ground and give up every moment of your time to the job including being on call without a single penny or time in lieu to cover your lost time. The company goal is to make as much money as possible- to the detriment of employees and service users both.
