Pros
Officemates are wonderful people to work with. They're very supportive, understanding, patient, and more than willing to guide you in understanding the requirements of your role + the projects you work on, especially if you're new to a role.
Cons
Constantly loaded with work with tight deadlines and demands, especially for big brand (work carries over to weekend monitoring at times without proper compensation). Some clients are really difficult to manage with due to unpredictable demands, aimless goals, and unrealistic timelines, so work boundaries are constantly violated because of these issues.
