      Cushy working environment and deep respect of work life balance. People are generally nice and well meaning.

      Cons

      Strategic understanding of the mobile landscape is very limited as the management talent pool has limited experience on new live service games. Highly bureaucratic. Maintaining existing products is the priority with no room for new initiatives, hence everyone is very risk averse.
