Pros

If you are looking for a temporary place to work if you are really desperate , then this is a good place .

Cons

Nepotism. Management is bunch of family members who are just greedy and manipulative. Software development department is a disaster . Doesn't have a clue about the industry . Lot of labor law violations such employees have to work overtime without pay. Salary is not not time . Sudden change in policies without informing employees. Worst HR.

Pros

SYNERGEN spending more on fun events and if you are under a good team lead, you will get good exposure.

Cons

It is really difficult to collect the things after you resign (service letters, EPF and ETF related stuff, etc.) and they may SCAM the things. Some employees are really unprofessional and they setting up the things to the point that you leave the job and this is valid for most of the teams.

Pros

No pros apart from some friendly colleagues.

Cons

Really bad working environment. There are senior developers and members who even do not know the working patterns of an IT company. Since their poor knowledge on software development environments, developers really suffer a lot. No opportunities to grow. Really poor work ethics. No professionalism. HRs are worst act like managers. No respect to employees. Tries to keep employees under their foot. Do not have proper knowledge on human resource management. Have the attitude they manage the whole company. Too much inflexible for a s/w company. Still running by playing small. Coding heroes, autocratic team leads, no opportunities for the ideas of developers makes the company one of the worst. Not a 100% s/w development company. RCM is the main area, develops in aid for internal processes. Employers do not get EPF, ETF properly because the process of getting employers in is not streamlined. Managers , leaders use their power to manage juniors unnecessarily. Do not recommend the place at all.
