Great knowledge from the top production workers who are experienced with glass and work hard to create the best possible products to its customers.
Cons
*Underpaid *Inexperienced Management *Untidy working conditions *Old Machinery that need lots of maintenance or of need of replacement. Untrained Supervisors and QC specialists who are unqualified to be in their fields of work. *No room for advancement and overlooked when opportunities are presented. *Lackluster HR department that doesn't work to help you succeed in goals or achievements to help grow the business.
