1. Can upskill yourself 2. You can grow eventually, it's how you take the feedback or give the feedback and handle it. 3. Management is helpful for your personal and professional growth.
Cons
The only cons for me are I had a habit of weekends off, Company follows the policy of 1st and 3rd sat.. so adjusting to that.
