Pros
A solid Team of people that work together, and enjoy working together. A nice balance of focus on the job, along with making sure that employees are taking care of their families as well. The company pushes hard to make sure that everyone feels empowered to solve their problems, and just need to ask for help if they need any. A great focus on a culture of Safety throughout the company.
Cons
Saber does not micro-manage anyone. If you need to be micromanaged, you will probably not be very successful at Saber. Bad attitudes do not last very long at Saber. All employees are encouraged to bring all of their problems to management's attention, but are also encouraged to offer their guess at a solution. The general feeling in the company is that the people closest to the issues have the best answers.
