      There are some really nice people there, but unfortunately none of them are in management positions.

      Cons

      It's pretty evident that they are profit above all else. Everyone that wasn't in a cushy management position got so badly burnt out. Very little pay for the environment you have to put up with. was promised all sorts but nothing ever delivered.

      Hard headed management and long hours

      Pros

      Diverse employees, interview and offer process does not drag on. A possible prospect of immigration.

      Cons

      Long hours. HR and management protect each other. Not a lot of opportunity for growth, you have to stay at the company at least 5 years before you get a meaningful promotion. Directors and management go on expensive luxury trips overseas or along coast, completely inappropriate.
