      Pros

      Ability to make up hours for time off during the work weeks

      Cons

      Horrible management style from owner on down. The owner likes yes people and will penalize those who are not. Will hire unqualified people to leadership position who practice unethical behavior with their blessing. Medical benefits are horrible, that is not considered pretax deductions at all.

      Pay, Location, Metro accessible, Lunch Variety

      Cons

      No benefits until 90 days. No FSA for transportation costs. No HSA for health care costs. Employee has to pay $120 for parking. HR is clueless. CEO is very rude, pretentious, abrasive, unethical, disrespectful. Withheld employees' accrued PTO pay when departed. Contacts . employees to do client reports AFTER they have departed the company! Among 3 positions, no employee has stayed over 9 months. One position had 4 different employees within 2 years!

      They Have No Clue About the Client or Federal Business

      Beautiful Location, nice coffee shop around the corner, some of the federal folks are nice

      Cons

      Contractors are conducting inherently government work, No on-site program management, no medical and dental for 3 months, allowed micromanaging to occur without assistance, no guidance, duplication reports, dishonesty in the position description and just a lot of disorganization.
