Pros

Definitely a great organisation to work for you are passionate to help people who are experiencing homelessness and in vulnerable moments in their lives. Lots of diversity across all teams which is great.

Cons

Nepotism can be something that seems to exist from management, but I wouldn’t say it’s all management. Senior management not so supportive to others team managers.

Great place to work, great people, and you can make a difference in the lives of those struggling to survive and get ahead in our community. This agency offers many services to the homeless and low income people living in our community. Food, clothing, education, employment services, housing services, financial services. They also advocate for community change and make it happen! So, every minute you spend working there is spent on helping others.

Cons

Because they are a non-profit, they can't match the salaries of the private sector, but if salary is not the most important factor of your job search, this might be the place for you.

- the mission was great - the work is important -some of the people are really amazing

Cons

-huge pay disparity between lower level employees and senior employees that was the antithesis of company’s mission - high turnover rate because they don’t want to pay employees what they’re worth
