This is the first company review I have ever done - mainly because I have never felt the need to warn people about a company as badly as I do with this one. Don't walk, but run away from this company. No one needs a paycheck that badly. The turn over is high here for a reason. There is no real management, no structure, or processes in place to help one be successful. In the time I worked for this company, two people quit and one was fired. This all happened in roughly three months time. In the course of a year they have had 90% of their staffed replaced. The most senior employee at this 25 year old company has been there for 2 years. Don't let them paint you a sunny picture of what their company culture is like. It is all lies, but you won't figure that out until it is too late. They do not provide a fun, happy environment. Instead it is a drama filled, hate mongering place where management disrespects its employees by talking about them to other employees behind their back. The bottom line is no one is driving the bus. Management will discount this review, and all others by coming up with "stories" on why these disgruntled employees wrote such negative reviews. The truth is I worked there for not even 90 days because it doesn't take long to see the writing on the wall. My life is too short to be miserable, and stay in a toxic, unhealthy environment. This company will pull you in for a sit down for the smallest reason. Everything from you aren't smiling enough, to they don't like your responses in a meeting. Not to mention I was harassed multiple times during a sick day for items that could have waited till the next day. As I said, run away as fast as you can from this company. It is really a used car lot selling lemons but dressing everything up like it is top of the line.

-No overall company goals or motto's, just make more money for them then others did previously -Unorganized and under-qualified "leadership" -Owners have conflicting goals and constantly disagreed with each other and cause drama in workplace -Management manipulates employees so they look better then the people actually doing the work -Uses fear and down-talk for discipline, quoted saying that all employees are "at-will" and replaceable -Unobtainable commission structure -No job security, in 9 months working there 3 employees fired and 4 quit - they only had around 10 total employees -A lot of travel for trade shows, sometimes back-to-back -They will tell you not to bring drama to office but management is the source of drama in the workplace through manipulation of everything you say or do to use against you later on, asking people to tell management who is gossiping about who, internal ownership relationship disagreements brought into workplace, and favoritism of those who play to managements ego.
