Pros
I worked on big projects and that was huge exprience. I improve my self. Work schedule could be too busy sometimes but not all the time. Mostly you can have free time during the day. We rarely had to work overtime. There are no overtime fees, but can be used as leave. Sade is a SAS Partner Company and we're using SAS technologies. We've acces to SAS courses without charges. We can gain free certicates.
Cons
Salary is low. Don't use open-source techologies. Use mostly SAS techologies

Working Environment Managers and Bosses are very friendly and supportive. SAS consultancy, training and certification opportunity is a plus.
Cons
Managerial issues, do not have enough sources. They do not have a vision of corporate firm.
