Bad Management Leads to Hire Turn-Over
Pros
- General cultivation staff are great people as well as the immediate management (Team Leads) and one particular Operation Supervisor - Gained a lot of knowledge on cannabis through various experience/educated staff
Cons
-Hour of operation changed with little notice. Started working 8 hour days Monday-Friday to 3 10 hour shifts and a half shift on either Monday-Thursday OR Thursday-Sunday. Therefore, went from working 40 hours a week to 35 hours a week - Bad management. Operation Manger joined having no cannabis experience nor even cannabis knowledge. Very small-minded individual who's expectation was to have staff only use the bathroom during their lunch break. Master Grower has knowledgable about plants but no much on how to treat/ approach staff. Assistant Grower argues has more knowledge yet can't stop comparing to his old company. One Operation Supervisor is overall a great person and is everything you want/need in a leader. The other Operation Supervisor is short tempered, easily gets frustrated/stressed and has unprofessional outbursts. - Often unable to do job successfully and or efficiently due to not having the proper tools/ equipment. - A lot of disorganization between all levels of management. No consistency. - Little to no room for career advancement. - Pay is lower than what other companies have for same positions
