Culture can drive the company. Having one toxic personality can ruin the most lucrative company. I left because of the toxic work environment. When you are referred to as a 3*5 notecard that gets shuffled around on a kitchen table and as for your worth, you are replaceable, you loose sight of the mission and the reason you work for them.
