Pros

- Meaningful mission; - EDI policy (in theory); - Potential for learning and internal mobility (in theory)

Cons

- Active ghosting of applicants (no application acknowledgement received; no reply to email enquiries/follow-up to confirm application had been received; no follow-up if/when applicationacknowledged); - Lack of transparency: Same vacancy re-advertised several time without feedback to the existing cohort of applicants, which may suggest data collection/constitution of a roster rather than an actual opportunity for work. This would mean deliberately misleading applicants; - Average to low salary scale as compared to competitors

Pros

Their mission and work is interesting

Cons

I have never written a review before for someone’s interview process but their interview process is one of the worst I’ve seen. Went through five interviews, with 12 different people. They gave barely any notice for any of them - as an example two days notice of the first interview and expected candidates to do a full presentation with two days notice. Asked if I had questions at the end and then refused to answer a very straightforward question. (If you don’t want to answer questions don’t tell candidates they will have the opportunity to ask questions). Three of the interviews were spread out over the same day so had to take an entire day’s annual leave for that day alone. In the end found out that they didn’t appoint any of the candidates they interviewed. Reasons they gave myself and other candidate were things that they could have seen from cv without going to final interview. some feedback from a temp who the role would have been line managing (about previous experience) was factually incorrect. Sometimes some jobs aren’t meant to be and that’s fine but the way this process was managed showed little respect or regard for candidates’ time and was very poorly organised. A friend of mine who is highly qualified saw one of your roles but after hearing about my interview process decided not to apply..

Pros

great salaries and great benefits.

Cons

a lot of politics from the headquaters. lack of autonomy from the headquaters in making even the smallest decisions. lots of " advisors" who really have no knowledge on what happens at he field level.
