Some people know their stuff and are nice.
Cons
They’ll delete your OT if your full time. Extremely cliquey, equipment is often a mess, lots of people in leadership roles are rude and dismissive to staff. You’ll get ripped into around other services just because they can. One girl had keys and equipment thrown at her because she wasn’t terribly sociable to the main clique and nothing was done. Very misogynistic company. They often hire temporary workers who can’t speak very good English which causes issues in the field with services.
