Pros
The work quality is strictly okay. You will meet colleagues who will help you grow and train you more than your manager.
Cons
- Professional skills learnt here are absolutely useless in the outside world, this is purely for people who want to continue their career in the villa aggregator space - The leadership use harsh language against the employees. Numbers are all that matter to them. If for some reason there are few sales (even if the reason for few sales is due to issues that are beyond your control), they will tell you on your face to resign - There is no job satisfaction due to the disrespectful environment - HR puts your salary on hold without any prior notice - Senior management is least helpful in guiding and training employees

There no pros as such, everything here is basic only that you will find in any organisation, nothing special, but the concern is the job security here they will fire you any time without any prior notice and there is no training or growth here
Cons
No job security at all, they litrally fired a person for replying late to his boss once on whatsapp and this was mentioned to him when he was fired, he got a call 10 mins before his logout and was asked to not come from tomorrow as you reply late on whatsapp to your boss and how late was it 10 - 15 mins late sometimes it took longer but he did reply, so they fired him this th kind of company saffronstays is. Ther is no growth in salaries and no training provided here you are just put on calls from the very first day.
