      Pros

      empower women, make a difference, experience a new and different culture, gain experience in the field, build a water or solar business for villages that do not have access to it

      Cons

      days are very long and tiring, raising the money for the trip can be difficult, it only lasts 3 weeks so it is not a full time job

      Pros

      Gained invaluable field and management experience. Was given a lot of responsibility and was able to contribute to the growth of the organization. Made some great friends and connections along the way! Was truly a great experience.

      Cons

      Hard to find the right work/life balance while living abroad and at the office. I guess that was to be expected but still tough at times.
