- Senior management are extremely judgemental about lifestyle and will listen to and encourage rumours about foreign staff. - Hire foreign staff and pay for flights - but look for the minimum cost in that month and will send you on several stops as opposed to one simple direct route just to save a few dollars. - Expected to do parent-teacher consultations at weekends with no remuneration. - No behaviour policy in place, children are wild. - No job security whatsoever. - No progression or professional development. - Senior management look for every opportunity to dock staff wages. - Often paid late and wrong amounts - in cash! - Promised work visas year-on-year and never given them.
