if you want to gain the good experience and technical expects as fresher or as experience there is a good opportunity and environment,manager are very supportive in all manner,and having reputed clients - Good interaction with colleague because team is small.
Cons
More working hours, You may be working on more than one project Sometimes job security is not there for low performers. IT sector is one of the industries which practices large downsizing at times. You might get frustrated with your job. Sometimes work load is bit high which is same in all industry. Not everyone gets a chance to code.
