Everything comes in this section:- 1) Don't fall for the words of recruiter/HR, all policies and promises are fake. They are highly trained in fooling people. 2) No Management, even if there is some communication from manager they pass it through the HR, such coward folks. 3) They will deploy you to the client location and forget about you until you are making profit to them. 4) The day your project is over, you may get a surprise. 5) Trust me they play with your salary too even if you are working fine in the project. 6) You can get fired any day & any time. 7)Please read about Furlough period in your offer, they don't give salary in that period and force you to take leave. 8) Once project is over they don't try to align you to another project. And will give you a termination letter. There's tons of other pros with this unethical dump yard. My genuine advise to all my brothers and sisters don't fall for them, they are just knitting you in a trap. Never ever join this company. NEVER EVER.

This review is for Pune office. Notice period changed from 1 month to 3 months within last 6 months. If you put your papers and settle with hike they will increase notice period. They don't provide salary during notice period. And FNF payment will be done after 45 days. So basically you will not be paid for 4.5 months when you put down your paper. During regular office till 2020 there were no parking space for vehicles. They had booked a Tabela where it always used to smell that too 1.5 km aways from the office just because the building was charging extra money for extra parking space. HR never responds to anything. Managers are useless. Even for the parking space issue they never responded. Don't know how such a company is legally working withholding salaries of their ex employees for months. Never ever would recommend this company.
