      Pros

      The company is dedicated to each individual's success, which is espoused by the leadership team. The top down commitment to understanding how the organization can learn from each employee's experiences is visible every day. The enthusiasm by the employees to make each customer a success is contagious. Excellent place to work!!

      Cons

      I have worked in the industry for over 35 years and bring a high level of analysis to every company I join. I can honestly say that I have not discovered a "con" worked at Saleo.

      Saleo is an incredible place to work, with a collaborative culture that fosters innovation and empowers every team member to make an impact. Leadership is transparent, supportive, and truly invested in both professional growth and personal well-being. Saleo has clear purpose and direction, and always so focused on the success of the customer. Saleo has built an incredible enterprise-grade demo automation platform, the space is so exciting and growing fast.

      Growing pains that come at this phase of a software company but nothing notable, great overall!

      Pros

      Saleo is an awesome company with outstanding leadership and a great team. As a young professional, being involved in a startup like Saleo has allowed me to acquire new skills and progress in my career incredibly quick. Saleo has given me the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the field while collaborating on an incredible product.

      Cons

      Having to learn to love the color pink.
